Lee Richards Appointed Technical Manager of the Americas for Vero Software

Vero Software is pleased to announce the appointment of Lee Richards to the position of Technical Manager of the Americas, a role in which he will oversee the technical teams for the company’s EDGECAM and SURFCAM brands.

Vero Software’s growing technical support teams provide technical support, training, custom-programming and post processor writing services for thousands of customers and a robust reseller channel in the Americas. With the addition of Richards, Vero is poised to extend and improve its services for a growing customer base.

“I am extremely proud to be moving into my new role as technical manager of the Americas,” Richards said. “Since becoming part of the Hexagon team, Vero has seen a significant change in how we use technology within the group. Working with our technical teams, I am excited to be a part of that which will ultimately give our customers a better user experience with our products.”

In his new role, Richards will be working closely with the two technical teams to provide support to Vero’s direct sales teams, as well as to resellers and customers in the Americas.
Since joining Vero Software in 2007, Richards has filled a variety of technical roles for the company’s EDGECAM brand. From 2012 to late 2015, he served as pre-sales manager, a position in which he supported Vero’s direct sales channel in the United Kingdom, as well as its Europe, Middle East and African (EMEA) account managers.
